This is one side of a puppet by Pablo Cano.
Uploading photo's on this Blog is still a mystery to me. They never publish in the order selected. The other side of
this puppet is a few down.
Unfortunately I was so busy taking pictures
that I couldn't take notes too...That being the case, I have no names for these incredible characters. Pablo introduced us
to each one...this guy has flipper feet, which being the great photographer I am, I failed to get in this shot. I forget his
name, but he is the narrator throughout the show, I think.
Ah, here is the front side of "Princess Tula".
This guy greets you as you approach the
front of the Museum of Contemporary Art/MOCA. He is part of several objects set in the outdoor fountain. Kind of "Hello
Kitty'esk", no?
And this is the entrance to Pablo Cano's
space where the performances of Under the Sea will take place.
I'm going to post some more photos...The sequence of which will be up to the Blogging God.

Oh you got some good photos !
(hint : they publish either in numerical order or they publish in order of post. The last one being the first one you post.....)
ah yesss, the black face / fountainhead greeting is kind of Japanese.... I see what you mean. Hello What ? whale ? sperm ? ha....!sorry. Anyway, I like the palm trees reflecting in his face and it looks so happy whatever it is !
oh what a treat ! You know how I love the Pablo Cano ! and I think you did get the flipper feet in fine ! Wow...look at that clock face and glasses. I love it. Maybe NEXT YEAR I will be able to see this show with you ! That would be great !
ps. try this. When you post an entry - save it as a draft first....then go in on EDIT POST and look at the template and see if you can make out after studying the codes etc....what to cut and paste and move around. There might also be a tab marked COMPOSE where you get to see your pictures while you are typing your text .... Here you can use your cut and paste also on the photos....Hope this makes sense. Just try and see. Or ask at store next time you see a CREATIVE.
ahhhh Princess Tula has Two Sides....Like Me. Like You ?
